Warranty

We provide a warranty to the first purchaser or gift recipient valid from the purchase date of the product. In case of unlike event, if the problem occurs in the product within the warranty period, we will replace repair it accordingly to terms and conditions.

Please note that our warranty is unconditional which does not cover the following;

• Damages caused by misuse including transportation of unusual items, mishandling, exposure to extreme heat, and other rain and water losses.
• Damages to the leather trimming
• Incident and consequential damages

We offer two years of manufacturer defect and fabric warranty. The warranty does not cover any wear and tear. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal terms and conditions and for the purpose in which a product is designed.
