All products i.e. stock travel backpack & drink ware like cups, water bottle, coffee, mug as well as tumbler are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

Prices may change at any time. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuing entity. If the entity does not authorize the payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and we will be unable to conclude any Contract with you.

Kegizusa ensures the protection and honesty of the data it gathers by utilizing fitting authoritative conventions, specialized shields, and actual security controls intended to restrict access, identify and forestall the unapproved access, inappropriate divulgence, adjustment, or obliteration of the data under its influence. In addition to that Kegizusa may use your information for marketing to send new offers, new products etc.

Kegizusa reserves the right to change, suspend, limit or discontinue any of its Services, in whole or in part at any time for any reason, without notice (unless required by law).

WARRANTY
Kegizusa offers a 2-year warranty on the backpacks in the event it is a manufacturer’s defects or craftsmanship. Kegizusa does not give any warranty on wear and tear. For the bottles Kegizusa does not offer any warranty but offers to replace lids in the event there is a crack, leak or bottle caps etc.
USER COMMENT, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the website or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
