How can I purchase the product?
You can purchase the product online.
Does the backpack with a USB port come with a power bank?
The USB port is connected to the cable where you can plug in the portable power bank. At the present moment, our backpacks do not include a power bank.
Can backpacks be used as a carry-on?
Yes. Our carryon luggage is designed on customer’s need and want. A customer can use our backpacks as a carry-on.
Are our products waterproof?
Our products are not waterproof, but they are water-resistant.
Do we welcome wholesale/distribution?
We always welcome new members to our team and offer a range of high-quality items at affordable rates. We aim to create a difference and enable wholesalers and distributors to make available high-quality backpacks and water bottles at their stores. Our wholesale and distribution will contribute to us making available impeccably made products at a number of locations.
Where do we ship?
At present moment, we ship our products in the US and Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
We are a customer-oriented platform and allow the customer to get free shipping over any $50 order.
What are the international shipping charges?
International shipping charges vary from country to country. The charged amount of purchase will cover transportation charges for the carrier of the package. It may include tax, custom duties, or broker fees.
When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email.
Do we ship to P.O Boxes?
We don’t ship to the P.O Box.
How can I confirm if my order is placed?
We will send an order confirmation email to your registered email address. The email will contain the order number along with the list of items you ordered.
When will the customer receive the order?
We will ship the order within 1-3 business days. Customers can get the delivery 7-14 business days in the US and 7-10 business days in Canada. We will send an email along with the tracking ID. When will we ship pre-order?
The pre-order will be shipped on its released date. All other products will be processed at immediate shipment and the customer will get the items first.
